Santa Letter.

Dear Santa.

I know you are really busy and all but I would be very appreciative if you read through my letter.
This is 3 suggestions that I would like for Christmas. I know this sounds greedy but I would be VERY HAPPY!

First of all I would like a new Iphone 5c, as I like the colours and I really want a nice updated phone. My phone right now is a year old but at the time I was getting it I had no idea what I was doing. I thought it had a front camera but obviously I was wrong. So that would be much appreciated. :)

Second, I have started up surfing at my school. I have been doing well as I stood up on the second practice I ever did. I want to start some competitions but I don't have a board. So I am asking in this one to buy me a Surf Board, preferably a long and fat one (hahaha). :)

Thirdly, I have been away from my culture for a while. In Samoa heaps of my long lost family are there. I have only seen them once in my life and really want to spend quality time with them and of corse get a tan. The water is seriously the bomb over there. I would like to have a swim with my family and swim with the big turtles. A ticket would help me get there <3 <3.

Third World Country

Third World Countries are developing countries, for example Africa, Asia and Latin America. The un-developed nations around the world are named Third World countries. We are very lucky in New Zealand as we are one of the First World Countries. We have T.V, real houses, food and fresh water, as Third World countries have, NO T.V, NO house, (some of them live on the streets) food is low and NO fresh water.
One Third World country is Afghanistan it is classified as a third world country because 40% of the country live in poverty with 2/3 of them have 2 US a day which is 2.42 New Zealand dollars.

Athletics

On Friday myself and 49 athletes went down to the Tauranga Domain in town. We were there for B.O.P athletics day. Schools from Gisborne, Whakatane and more schools came to compete for the Athletics Cup that Tauranga Intermediate has.

My first event was 300 heat which I came first in. It was a hard race but I did really well.

Second event was my 200 heat which I came second in by a little.

Third event was my discus. I had my family watching so I thought I needed to impress. I went up for my first throw and it was something like 24 meters but that wasn't very far at all. The person who was taking the discus told me that I could beat the record. Then the next throw was 28.78!!!! So I won that and beat a record. 

Forth event shot put. I did pretty bad in that as I got no placing Im pretty sure. 

Its come to the FINALS and in 200 I came 2nd and in the 300 I came 4th. I was so close to getting a placing in the 300.

In The last event I my relay team came 1st.
