Kia ora Rimu House

To all our new year 7 students, my name is Felila Simanu I am in room 42 with Miss Campbell. 

Last year in 2012 Rimu house worked together by taking part in school work, sports and inter house competitions. The high light for me was working together as a team at the 12 hour relay.  

I want to lead Rimu this year because I believe we are the best house at Tauranga Intermediate. 

We have strong sports people , people who are beautiful singers and dancers and we are the computer brains at this school. 

I believe that we can win the Spirit Trophy this year.

I can help Rimu by being a good role model for our house members. 

I will work hard supporting our team efforts and would like to lead us to success, by using the S.T.A.R.S. 

I will promote safe competition, 

I will encourage team work, 

I will help us achieve in all our activities, 

I will respect all the talent in our house and our school environment, 

and laugh along the way with a good sense of humour 

Individually we may look small like marching fire ants but as a team I believe that we can crush anything in our path to success, because 

WE ARE THE BEST !!
